Terms of service

You must read and comprehend the entirety of this document before commissioning me. By commissioning me, you are agreeing to the following conditions :

꒰ General Guidelines ꒱

♡ ┊Clear, precise, and concise references are appreciated. Communicate with me if you have a particular pose/scene/idea in mind. Otherwise, I will come up with it myself.♡ ┊I retain all rights to refuse a commission. I do not need to provide a reason.♡ ┊ I retain the rights to my work, which includes but is not limited to ; the right to post online, use as samples for sales or self-promotion, and share in the form of WIPs.♡ ┊Commissioner may use their commissioned work in whatever way they choose. However, credit is appreciated.♡ ┊Prices on general commissions are non-negotiable. Do not try to haggle with me. My prices are set based on what I believe my art to be worth, the time it takes me to complete a drawing, and the demand for commissions.♡ ┊Prices may change at any time.♡ ┊Please be patient with me for I do have a life and a outside job. Commissions will take some time but will be done !

꒰ Payment ꒱

♡ ┊I only start working on the commission after i have received the full payment♡ ┊USD currency through Paypal, cashapp and venmo.♡ ┊ I will not accept rush fees ; I will only work on my commissions in the order i received them♡ ┊ excessively detailed requests may result in extra fees, which i will discuss with you before the payment is sent♡ ┊commercial rights are an extra 50% of the final quote price

꒰ Refunds ꒱

♡ ┊A full refund may only occur in the event a commission is incorrect, based on what the commissioner specified, as a result of my own fault. Failing to inform me of what you specifically wanted does not warrant a refund.♡ ┊If I have not started your commission, you are allowed to cancel the commission, and you will be refunded in full.♡ ┊ Small changes may be made on request if I failed to include something.

♡ ┊NSFW of minors♡ ┊Mechanical/Mecha ( this implies to cars )♡ ┊Characters that do not work well with my style (overly muscular characters, elderly
characters, babies, very masculine characters)♡ ┊Heavy machinery♡ ┊Anything otherwise inappropriate or offensive (rape, bestiality, self harm, pedophilia, hard drug use)♡ ┊Overly complex backgrounds♡ ┊detailed animals or just commissioned to draw an animal.♡ ┊I can't work with text-based references, unless it's a custom,, if you don't have a reference image, i recommend using a picrew or something similar
